On January 16, 2018, Eliza and many other people there threatened to sue me if I posted a negative review of their hotel. She also threatened to kick me out of the hotel. And she was very very unprofessional.
Oh yeah, my check-in date was July 14, 2018, so I could already tell that this would be an absolute nightmare.
For the record; there is absolutely NO UK law that requires guests to hand over their passports at hotels to be photocopied. They blatantly lied about that.
