If you’re ever wondering why a lot of these AppSumo products go out of business so fast, then I have the perfect example.

Here is a conversation I had with the Founder of Heffl, Hadi Azeez.

So a sales opportunity dropped into his hand, and he still couldn’t close it. Read his responses. This person made himself the PRIMARY point of contact. Based on how he communicates…this was a terrible idea.

This is the primary reason why these individuals fail. Another reason is incredibly poor customer support…but that’s for a different discussion.

How long will Heffl last? I give it less than a year. We’ll see.

It’s hard to say.
