Why did I create projekx?
I own/co-own several companies so project management is crucial in how I operate. I manage/oversee government contracts, IT projects, investments, and the list goes on so creating projekx was first and foremost to solve a problem I was having which was finding a simple tool for project management. The current options were overwhelming and a bit hard to navigate (including the one that is used quite a bit by software development teams) so I did what any serial entrepreneur would do; try to create something different. The Process
I went from development (logo design, domain registration, website development, etc.) to MVP in less than a month with a developer (Tolu). Getting to MVP fast is crucial to me because that's when you can get REAL customer feedback. I will never ever be one of these individuals who tinker with a project for years before releasing it to the public because they're trying to make it perfect. Perfect is the enemy of good. And not shipping the product means no revenue...and more importantly, no feedback!
Advice
To anyone who struggles with seeking perfection just know that your launch product will never ever be perfect so just get to MVP so you can get REAL feedback.
