I came across this aspiring musician of sorts and offered to help him because he had potential but it was clear that he was not a self-starter. He always had a bunch of excuses instead of just getting things done!
The image I showed him was a home I sold for over 100k in profit. Yes! profit! I wasn't showing him to brag. I was showing him FACTS so he could understand the message. Instead, pay attention to how he took the message.
Once I realize that a person is lost forever I just give up on them! It's pointless. It's a waste of time!
"...very financially stable..." Talk is cheap! If you truly want that then you have to take ACTION which we both know won't happen!
But hey; what do I know besides; dividends, equity, capital appreciation, real estate, passive income, government contracts, ownership, etc.
But that didn't stop him from continuing to send me pointless messages.
If this individual did an ounce of research he would quickly realize that I've already accomplished more than he will ever in a hundred lifetimes but like I've stated; he's a lost cause so let him just keep talking.
But the lesson for anyone reading this; if someone is trying to help you then maybe LISTEN and take heed instead of being this individual. Do NOT be this individual!
