Where do I start?
I applied on January 25, 2023. I submitted EVERYTHING, well almost everything…
And then the nightmare began:
Their application portal is having a lot of issues in regard to uploading the college transcript which made it impossible for me to hit “submit” and then wait for them to do their part.
Simple fix (I thought); just email the document to them and they will add it so I did that. I emailed it to Jorge, the grads admissions, and their apply customer support. And guess what; they ALL confirmed that they have received the document and uploaded it. Problem solved, right?
Well, this is the part where I started to realize that their incompetence and blatant lying are playing a much bigger role here.
Read Jorge’s email very very carefully. He’s saying he had no issue uploading the document. If that is the case; wouldn’t the document be now showing up as uploaded? Wouldn’t that resolve the issue? It gets worse!
This continues into the NEXT DAY!
Where EXACTLY have they uploaded this document????? Maybe one day they will find out because it was definitely not uploaded to my application.
Their response to that email was absolute silence!
Anyway, I scheduled the required meeting on January 25, 2023, and went on with my day.
And then, on January 27, 2023, one hour (they timed it perfectly after I had to reschedule work and other meetings) before the interview they required…they canceled.
This is by far my absolute worst experience when applying for an MBA program and if you are EVER thinking of applying to this school, please please please think twice before doing so! They are incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. I cannot stress that enough. A business school that doesn’t understand very basic business etiquette; be professional and organized. The irony!
