This is a perfect example of why not all lawyers are smart. I have absolutely no idea why this individual is even still allowed to practice law. Trying to bully someone even when you know you don’t have a case is absolutely pathetic!
To anyone that is reading this; don’t ever think you have to back down when bully lawyers send you frivolous letters. Individuals like this are a complete nuisance to the profession of law. They’re the perfect example of the kind of lawyer you should NOT aspire to be. There are literally hundreds of case studies about unscrupulous lawyers like these. As long as you understand the law you can’t be taken advantage of.
