I received an email at around 4:30 am and was just appalled as I started to disseminate it. Here are my thoughts.
On behalf of my firm (SIMPLEROBB, INC.), a Lions Gate Corporation shareholder, I urge you (other shareholders) to dismiss Mr. Icahn’s tender offer. His offer is beyond atrocious. He’s clearly undervaluing the stock. I have strong beliefs that Lions Gate may be down but definitely not out, and the best days are in front of them. Despite the previous year sluggish box office revenues, its TV business is doing great and the theatrical lineup for this year is looking promising. Anyway, back to the “offer” on the table.
